Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like to exchange your ring for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your ring in its original packaging or a small padded mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your return is fully processed.
